1. Upon registration and payment the participant receives a confirmation of his/her participation.
2. Only after receipt of the due amount the registration will become definitive.
3. If, due to whatever reason, a participant cannot partake of the booked track day, he/she can be entitled to restitution, provided that the conditions mentioned under item 4 are observed.

Conditions for restitution of registration fee:
- 100% restitution in case of: serious illness, injury or death of the participant or direct family members prior to the track day. Requests for restitution need to be submitted not later than one week before the track day in question. Requests are to be sent in writing and by registered mail, and have to contain a medical certificate.
- 50% restitution in case of: non-voluntary unemployment, divorce or termination of a partnership/cohabitation contract, resit(s) during the booked track day period, allocation of a rented house of private property, death or life-threatening state of your dog, cat or horse prior to the track day in question. Requests for restitution need to be submitted not later than one week before the track day in question. Requests are to be sent in writing and by registered mail, and have to contain a certificate of a recognized institution. If the request is done within the week prior to the track day in question, no restitution will be granted.
- 25% restitution in case of all other reasons provided that the request is submitted not later than four weeks before the track day in question. The request shall be sent in writing and by registered mail. Within the four weeks prior to the track day in question, the participant will not be entitled to restitution.
